Eileen's attention to detail to her breeding services is as outstanding as the GORGEOUS double homozygous paint stallion she owns, Lil More Conclusive. She accommodates individual mare owner needs, communicates well with the veterinary staff and takes a personal interest in ensuring the process goes flawlessly. And her stallion throws BEAUTIFUL babies. I highly recommend Lil More Conclusive and Eileen for your breeding needs!

I began riding with Eileen when I was six years old and now fourteen years later you will find me spending every free moment at the barn. I believe that I owe it all to Eileen because without her I wouldn’t have become such a good rider nor own such an amazing horse of my own. Although Eileen and I lost touch, with one phone call after five years it felt like I had taken a lesson with her just the day before. Just her voice on the phone I could remember her long hair, encouraging smile, and her captivating laugh. My parents had decided it was time for my own horse, and the first step was to call someone who knew horses. Eileen was patient and knowledgeable to ensure we found the perfect horse. We looked at a paint horse, Dude, who stood in his stall with his butt to the door looking ugly and depressed. I decided to try him anyway. He was the one. Eileen kindly lent her time, trailer, halter, and shipping boots so I could bring my new friend home safely. Nine years later, Dude and I are five hours from home while I attended college and now run my own Stable. He is a barn favorite here. Dude is a healthy, 13 year old fireball who is disciplined in reining, jumping, and most recently dressage. Back in Massachusetts I used to race my friends on the beach with just a hackamore. Now we race across hay fields in New York. He greets my friends with his tongue, and pushes them around when they turn their backs to him. I owe this inseparable bond to Eileen because right from the beginning she was there, and to this day I am reassured she is just a phone call away

We have known Eileen Cashman, owner of Lalobarun Ranch, for approximately 2 ½ years. In that time, we have been riding regularly at the Ranch. Recently we decided to purchase a horse of our own. From the initial announcement through the entire process, Eileen was instrumental in making the entire experience pleasurable, cost effective, efficient and informative. In the end resulting in a very successful purchase of a horse that fits both our needs, has no vices and is a dream to ride. When we initially asked for Eileen’s assistance, she was enthusiastic and went right to work. She screened horses we suggested and searched for horses on her own. She was able to avoid situations that would have been a waste of time for us by using her vast experience. She was able to draw upon her lifelong relationship with horses, all while keeping us an integral part of the experience.Specifically, she was able to examine video to screen for fitness issues. She was able to read between the lines in advertising hyperbole. She was able to identify the quality level of the barn/owner selling the horses. She was able, through conversation, to get full disclosure from the owner about the horse’s capability and vices. Of the few horses we actually had to seriously consider, there were probably 50 or more that she had already weeded out by her assessment abilities. When the time finally came to put in a serious offer on a horse, Eileen continued to work closely with us on pricing, veterinary inspection, test riding the horse and transportation. In fact, on one occasion she came with us for a test ride in which we declined to buy the horse. In the end, the horse we chose was quite a distance away and Eileen arranged for a competent rider to test ride the horse for us. As you can see, we are ecstatic, appreciative and satisfied with the hours of work Eileen put into the search for the purchase of our dream horse. We heartily recommend Eileen’s skills to anyone wishing to purchase a horse. Please feel free to contact us at any time.

I’ve dreamed of owning a horse for over 20 years, and after meeting John and Eileen, and spending time at the ranch, knew the timing was perfect. The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and all the horses are treated with very personal attention, as if they are their own. There is a nice social aspect to the ranch as well – as we spend a lot of time together, it is nice to know each other personally, and socialize together with our spouses as well.

Eileen helped to find the right horse for me, and with her extensive experience was able to take my wish list and file through lot of potential horses, with my safety, horse health and riding goals in mind. It was enormously helpful to have assistance with the details right down to food transitioning, medical updates and transport. All went without any surprises.

Eileen is eager and willing to share all information, teaching the importance of all factors in horse ownership. She is very patient with the learning process. She is invaluable with training tips and secrets. She truly enjoys being a mentor for those who want to learn all aspects of horsemanship and horse ownership.

I can recommend Eileen as a rancher without reservation. I know personally and professionally that every fiber of her being is dedicated to making the ranch a place where horses flourish. Her love for her “job” transcends the hours or the cost or the hard work required to make a horse farm thrive. She has been blessed with a complete and utter joy for what she does. ...  This allows her to be so fully committed and devoted to her work that it affects every aspect of the ranch. Anyone who knows Eileen knows this about her. Anyone who sees the ranch sees confirmation of what I have written here
